Ainesosat

  • 500-700 g chicken or turkey cut into small pieces
  • 1 Santa Maria Taco seasoning mix package
  • 1 dl water ( Fry in a pan and put aside)
  •  
  • Sauce
  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes (I take Mutti Polpa, no big tomatoe chunks in it)
  • 200 g creme fraiche
  • 2 dl/ 0,8 cups milk
  • salt and pepper, garlic if you wish (Mix everything together)
  • 200-300 g strong grated cheese (I take Emmenthaler)
  • 200-300 g Lasagne Sheets
