This website is an information channel for recipes and alcoholic beverages. myTaste.se is part of Vinklubben i Norden AB with organization number 556969-5504 were ("myTaste", "we" or "us") informs about products with food or alcohol. As the website contains information about alcoholic beverages, it is aimed at you who are over 25 years of age. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy protection legislation. This means that the processing, among other things, takes place in consideration of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and supplementary national legislation.

1. What personal data do we collect about you and for what purpose?

myTaste processes your personal data as a Personal Data Controller in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Below you will find information about the purposes of the processing that is intended to be carried out as well as the legal basis for the processing, which categories of personal data may be processed and, where applicable, how long the personal data will be stored.

1.1 When you contact us by e-mail or telephone If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, for example because you have a product question, we process your personal data in order to be able to communicate with you and answer/handle your possible questions or your matter.

We process your personal data for our legitimate interest in handling and answering your questions/your case, that is, after careful consideration, we judge that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms do not outweigh and require the protection of personal data. We process the data that you have chosen to provide at the time of contact. Examples of such data are name, telephone number and e-mail address. If your case requires handling, your data will be stored if the data is necessary to handle your case.

1.2 When you apply for work with us.

myTaste processes your personal data that you provide directly to us via e-mail or that we receive from a hired recruitment company in connection with your application for a position and that was collected during the recruitment procedure. We can also process personal data belonging to reference persons that you provided in connection with an application and information that these reference persons provide. myTaste processes your personal data in order to manage and administer the recruitment process. Upon receipt of a spontaneous application, your data is processed to see if we have any vacancies that fit your profile.

When you apply for a job with us, we process your personal data for our legitimate interest in handling your application and filling a possible position. This means that, after careful consideration, we have assessed that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms do not outweigh and require the protection of your personal data.

myTaste processes the following personal data about you as a job seeker: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, education, skills and previous experience, current and previous employers including your titles and notes from interviews. We can also process other information that you have provided in your personal letter, CV or other document.

Personal data collected in connection with an application and within the framework of a recruitment process is deleted in the following cases, unless otherwise provided by applicable legislation: when the recruitment process ends, if an applicant declines a position or when the applicant will not be offered an employment. If the recruitment procedure leads to employment, the documents will be saved throughout the employment relationship. In some cases, we may ask to save your application for future recruitment. In such cases, we obtain your consent to save the application.

1.3 When you contact us via social media.

myTaste has company pages on the social media platforms Facebook and Instagram, where myTaste advises on wine importers' wines and smaller launches. If you interact with - or contact - us via myTaste's company pages on social media, for example on our Facebook page, the personal data will be processed by us but also by these companies in accordance with their privacy policies. We process your personal data to inform the business - to provide news, tips and reviews related to food and wine. In case of any questions, we will ask you to email your case to our e-mail hej@mytaste.se. We only process your profile name when interacting with our account and other information you share/give us.

myTaste's processing of your personal data takes place for our legitimate interest in being able to communicate with you and provide information about our business and provide tips and reviews related to food and wine, that is, after careful consideration, we judge that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms do not weighs more heavily and requires protection of personal data.

1.4 When you register for our newsletter.

When you sign up for our newsletter, we will process your email address in order to send you a newsletter by email to inform you of news, tips and reviews related to food and wine.

Your data is processed because you have consented to the processing. We save your data until you choose to withdraw your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, either by contacting us via e-mail to hej@mytaste.se or by unregistering according to the instructions in the mailing you have received. 1.5 When you visit our website.

myTaste uses cookies, plug-ins, pixels or other tracking tools on our website. We also use web analysis or statistics tools that receive and save in server logs information about the browser, your device's ID number, in some cases the IP number used, date and time of registration, and where applicable also location information about where your device is located. This information is anonymized and/or stored and used in an anonymized manner without being directly linked to you as a person. If you used your device to previously visit any of the web services that Vinklubben i Norden AB is behind, we may also have collected certain data about your device in connection with that.

As a visitor, you can choose whether you want to consent to the placement of certain types of cookies such as statistics and marketing. How collected data is used, purpose and legal basis for processing.

The data that you yourself provide to us is used to register and administer your membership, such as communicating with you and providing information about news, changes, updates, evaluations, analyses and surveys and other things that are relevant to and improve your use of the Service as a member. For this purpose, the legal basis is that we need to carry out the processing to administer the membership and fulfil the agreement between us that the membership entails. Collected and saved data is also used for analysis and statistics in order to develop, improve, maintain and protect the Service and our server environment as well as for marketing purposes, which may include, based on selection, designing, adapting and sending advertising, benefit offers and other mailings which are relevant and designed according to the recipient's interests, preferences and needs (profiling). 2. How is the personal data stored?

We only process your personal data if it is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed, for example so that we can fulfil our commitments to you and as long as the data needs to be processed according to given storage times and other statutory purposes. 3. Is the personal data transferred to other companies?

In cases where it is necessary, we share your personal data with companies that are subcontractors to us in one way or another. These subcontractors are called personal data processors. A personal data processor is a company that processes personal data on our behalf and according to our instructions. We have personal data processors who help us with:

IT services: In order to run our business, we use a supplier who handles the necessary operation, technical support and maintenance of our IT solutions.

Recruitment services: In some cases, we hire companies that manage our recruitment processes according to our instructions.

Newsletter: If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be shared with our newsletter provider.

If we share your personal data with personal data processors, it only happens for the purposes we have specified. 4. Is the personal data transferred to other countries?

myTaste always strives to process your personal data within the EU/EEA. If a transfer takes place to a country outside the EU/EEA, myTaste will ensure that this takes place: i) to a country that has an adequate level of protection, or ii) that appropriate protective measures have been taken to ensure that your rights are protected and provide you with relevant information. Such appropriate safeguards may be that myTaste ensures that the parties (data exporter and data importer) have entered the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses for international transfers and taken additional measures. Social media: Publication in social media means that a transfer of your personal data, for example your e-mail address, will take place to a third country outside the EU/EEA area. In the third however, the country does not apply GDPR, which may mean an increased risk in terms of privacy regarding, among other things, the possibility for authorities in a third country to gain access to your personal data and for your opportunities to exercise control over the personal data. The transfer is necessary for you to be able to contact us in social media.

5. What rights do I have as a registered user?

Right of access (register extraction)

You have the right to find out if we are processing your personal data and to receive a copy of the data, we process about you (so-called register extraction). A request for the right of access (register extraction) must be made in writing to hej@mytaste.se When we receive a request for access, we may ask for additional information to ensure efficient handling of your request and that the information is given to the right person.

Right to correction or addition

You have the right to have any incorrect personal data about yourself corrected. You also have the right to complete incomplete personal data. When you discover that there are errors in the information we have registered about you or if you want to complete incomplete personal data, you can contact us by e-mail to hej@mytaste.se to have your information corrected or supplemented.

Right to erasure

You also have the right to request the deletion of all or some of your personal data that we process about you in the following cases: i) it may be if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, ii) if you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing, iii) if you object to a balance of interests we have made and there are no legitimate reasons for the processing that weigh more heavily, iv) if you have objected to processing for direct marketing purposes, v) if the personal data has been processed in an illegal manner, vi) if the personal data must be deleted to fulfil a legal obligation to which we are subject, or vii) personal data has been collected about a child under the age of 13 for whom you have parental responsibility and the collection of personal data has taken place in connection with the offer of information society services.

To the extent that it is necessary to continue the processing of your personal data, for example to fulfil our legal obligations or to establish, assert or defend legal claims, we are not obliged to delete your personal data. This means that certain data can be stored until we are no longer obliged to process them. However, we will cease our communication (direct marketing/newsletter) to you after you have requested to be deleted.

Right to limitation

You have the right to request that our processing of your personal data be restricted. A restriction can be made for several reasons and means that the personal data, with certain exceptions, may only be processed by being stored.

In case the processing has been restricted according to any of the situations above, we may only, in addition to the storage itself, process the data to establish, assert or defend legal claims, or to protect someone else's rights or because you have given your consent.

The right to object to certain types of treatment

You have the right to object at any time to our processing of your personal data based on a balancing of interests as a legal basis with reference to your personal circumstances. Continued processing of your personal data requires that we demonstrate a legitimate reason for the current processing that outweighs your personal circumstances, other interests, rights and freedoms. Otherwise, we may only process the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Right to data portability

You always have the right to object to your data being used for direct marketing, including profiling related to such marketing, see link in point 2 above. To the extent that we process personal data and this is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time. Some changes may require that you be notified and that you are given the opportunity to give your consent to a new treatment before the treatment begins.
